In the world of finance, Excel files and intranets are multiplying at a staggering pace. The tools available to accounting and tax professionals haven't always kept up with modern technology, and that gap is costing them efficiency. That's exactly what three entrepreneurs set out to fix in 2018 when they launched BrainCaz. The idea was to build a custom software that would optimize the work of finance professionals by centralizing data and providing intelligent support for writing accounting entries.

The first major challenge for our team was making the user experience as simple and intuitive as possible. We needed to deliver a powerful, instinctive platform to accounting and tax professionals who had been working with the same tools for years. That meant our team, working hand in hand with the BrainCaz team, had to study how users actually worked in order to build something that wouldn't disrupt their day-to-day efficiency, but had the potential to disrupt an entire industry.
Two years later, mission accomplished. The BrainCaz web application has proven itself in the tax industry, now trusted by several major accounting firms across the country. To support the product's continued growth, BrainCaz has been iterating and improving its solution sprint after sprint, without interruption, since day one.
